The importance of international cooperation is not disputed by anyone. Since the wood processing and furniture industry is considered to be a ‘traditional’ industry, there is continuous need for new, for development of new products in order to fit the market and costumers needs and expectations. It is of significant importance also for developing new businesses, as tools for cooperation and further development.

To this end an agreement has been reached between the Wood Industry Cluster Slovenia and the Pro Wood Regional Wood Cluster from Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania, which has already been concretized in joint implemented projects and new project proposals.
