On January 31, 2019, the Innorenew COE invited the Wood Industry Cluster to attend on the first Workshop of WoodCircus project for stakeholders in Warsaw, Poland.

At the workshop, the project partners, together with stakeholders, discussed the current situation in the field of introducing a circular economy in the Forest-Based Sector, re-use and recycling of timber. In addition, the workshop examined how the by-products can be further used in timber processing. The workshop concluded with the preparation of a plan for further work and project development.
