On Friday, November 15, 2024, we attended the online introductory meeting of the partnership on the Interreg IPA Adrion project FULAR.

FULAR aims at enhancing the implementation of circular economy approaches to production processes in the furniture sector, raising awareness among the main sectoral actors in the Adriatic Ionian Region regarding sustainability, individuating alternative materials, technologies, and assembly techniques to foster circularity in wood-based industry. Prototyping of furniture items with the alternative materials previously selected is aimed at encouraging the use of the circular solutions.

The FULAR project will last three years, and the partnership includes 10 partners from seven Mediterranean countries.
