On May 15 and 16 in Brussels, we attended the 2nd meeting of partners of the Erasmus+ FLIER project hosted by EFIC – European Furniture Industries Confederation at the premises of the Catalan Region.

The discussion focused on technical work advancements, particularly on the results of the survey recently implemented to validate the curriculum profile definition for circular designers, which will serve as a base to produce training materials to support furniture designers in moving towards a circular economy.

A key focus was also on preparations for Flier’s “validation workshop of international experts” in order to ensure the successful organization of the event and the involvement of stakeholders through thorough planning.

The meeting concluded with strategic planning for future activities, including the coordination of dissemination efforts and scheduling of upcoming partnership meetings and calls.
