LEAN or lean production is a very important approach for companies that want to optimize their production, service and management processes.

In order to find new ideas and improvement possibilities for companies, on October 3rd, within the framework of the Slovenian Competence Center for the Human resuorces Development in the Woodworking, we organized a study visit to the Lean Experience Factory SCARL factory in Pordenone, Italy.

Lean Experience factory is a private organization that is focused on introducing the LEAN concept in manufacturing companies when introducing digitization or Factories 4.0. It is the largest experiential learning center of its kind in the world. It was worth a look!
