On 3 September, a preparatory meeting was held for the three-year international project COSME FGOI “Fostering Single EU Market, Grabbing Third Countries Markets”.

The aim of the project is to establish a European strategic partnership of furniture clusters, which will strengthen interregional cooperation and cooperation against four third countries; USA, Canada, Egypt and South Africa.

The consortium consists of 8 partners from 6 EU countries; Romania (coordinator), Sweden, Spain, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Slovenia.
