COUNCIL OF THE ASSOCIATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The Council of the Association consists of one representative from each association member and one representative of the association. The Council President is Primo\u017e Lu\u0161ina<\/strong>, ALPLES d.d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • adopts the Statute and other general acts of the association<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • appoints the association director<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • confirms the work and development programme of the association and monitors its implementation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • adopts the financial plan and confirms the annual balance sheet of the association<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • decides on the use of surplus income over expenditure in the association<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • in case of a deficit of operating funds, the council decides on the means of covering the deficit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • decides on the establishment of branches, a new association or a company<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • decides on expansion or diversification of the association<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • decides on splitting the association in two or more associations and on different association structures<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • decides on the association structure and on internal structure changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • gives suggestions and opinions to the association director about the key issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • performs other tasks and decides on other issues specified by the law, act on the establishment of the association, this statute, or its general acts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    EXPERT COUNCIL<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    The Council of Experts is responsible for practical and professional issues in the association, as well as for its programme and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • adopts the association programme and development plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • defines professional basis for the association programme and development plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • considers financial plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • adopts the rules and regulations about research activities in the association and appoints research groups within the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • gives suggestions to the Council about the structure and the changes in internal structure of the association.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • gives opinions and suggestions to the Council and the association director about planning the association work and about conditions applying to its activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • deals with practical and professional issues in the association and takes care of its programme and development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
